Technical Assistance for Indigenous Methods for Health Evaluation
IIKD offers technical assistance to organizations, programs and affiliated allies in designing and conducting culturally-centered process, outcome and impact evaluation. We use a community-based participatory approach by building local capacity for evaluation and providing ongoing technical assistance in the following areas:
- Designing or identifying culturally-centered and/or evidence-based data collection instruments and surveys;
- Assistance with collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data;
- Developing creative and culturally-appropriate methods for disseminating evaluation findings to stakeholders and community at-large;
- Collaborating with partners to identify and develop strategies for program/quality improvement based on evaluation findings;
- Establishing sustainable partnerships with programs and organizations to develop funding proposals, programs, and initiatives; and
- One-on-one consultation
